Clevertask fights the digital divide with their Christmas campaign

This Christmas Clevertask collaborates with Save The Children & Amigos de los Mayores (Friends of the Elderly) in order to combat the digital divide between children and the elderly due to technology. 2020 has been marked by a pandemic that has tried to separate us and in which, in that sense, our children and elders are suffering significantly. The little ones, because they’ve been left without their classmates and friends, without school, and lots of them without access to education due to lack of means or technological devices. The elderly, shut away in care homes or isolated in their own homes feeling lonely, frightened and at the same time, with an urge to see their families.

Therefore, Clevertask is collaborating with these two non-profit organisations to provide access to education via technology to over 600 boys and girls in a vulnerable situation and offering long-term loan of devices and connectivity to elderly people to help bring them closer to their loved ones.

All of this covered in our solidarity campaign “Clevertask, the technology that unites us”.
