AndorTIC2017: Azure Ecosystem & Cloud Transition

El pasado miércoles 14 de junio de 2017, se celebró en Andorra la 4ª Jornada Tecnológica AndorTIC2017, con la colaboración de Microsoft. Este año se ha centrado en el Ecosistema Azure y Transición al Cloud.

Last Wednesday 14th June 2017, the 4th AndorTIC2017 Technological Workshop was celebrated in Andorra with Microsoft’s collaboration. This year it focused on the Azure Ecosystem & Cloud Transition.

AndorTIC is a technology event which is celebrated every year in Andorra, and is carried out in form of a Business Lunch workshop. This is an informational and educational event with good spirit and clear goals: bring technological knowledge and the emerging solutions innovators together.

The event took place at the Andorra Park Hotel, where it was attended by IT directors from large Andorran companies such as Crèdit Andorrà, Andorra Telecom, FEDA (Forces Elèctriques d’Andorra), Andbank, MoraBank, SaaS (Servei d’Atenció Sanitària), and Comú de Sant Julià amongst others

Our President José Antonio Ballarín, was in charge of the welcoming attendees and giving them a brief presentation of the event. The first participation came from Jordi Marín, Microsoft’s General Director in Catalonia, he spoke about Digital Transformation.

In continuation, our Business Development Director, David Arance, was responsible for going into further detail on Azure, about its movement, the identity and the security of the information in the cloud.

To finish off, our CEO Pere Vandellòs took care of giving the Key Tips for a successful Cloud transition, to raise awareness among the attendees of the cloud transition process in the companies with Azure & Microsoft Office365.
The event came to a close with a Business Lunch where we could share information face to face and clear any doubts the attendees had. Once again, Clevertask Andorra continues to promote talent in the area and contribute knowledge and value to the country.

Special thanks are given for the participation of Susana Núñez, Jordi Marín and Víctor Castelao, from  Microsoft.
